1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Unpouch mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Unpouch is a nicotine pouch usage tracking application designed to help users monitor and manage their nicotine consumption. The App provides features including usage tracking, statistics, social features to connect with friends, and premium subscription features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age to purchase nicotine products in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Premium Subscription

Unpouch offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and lifetime purchases:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly after a 3-day free trial period
• Lifetime Access: One-time purchase for permanent access to premium features

5.2 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

5.3 Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the App to promote tobacco or nicotine products to minors

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (profile information, usage data). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

7.2 Content Standards

Content shared through social features must not be:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on others' rights
• False or misleading
• Spam or commercial solicitation

Upon termination:

• You may request deletion of your account data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
